Pour ma part, j'ai loué via Hertz et je viens de relire leurs conditions d'assurance car la LIS était bien incluse sur ma résa.Verdict, apparemment ils couvrent d'office à 1000000$:
"LIS is primary coverage for you and other authorized operators of your rental vehicle for third party claims.
LIS is primary protection to your personal policy and provides for the first $1000000 of coverage for combined bodily injury and/or property damage claims for each occurence"
