J'attends de trouver des billets d'avion à un prix abordable pour fixer définitivement nos dates mais il y a une possibilité qu'on se croise, surtout avec Luke, car on ira quand même sur Yellowstone début septembre je pense !

Pas mal l'idée du prix de groupe... !

Les réservations pour l'alpine motel sont ouverte la chambre one king est à $120.9 TTC la two queen bed est à $131.9 TTC

Hello le prix semble correcte , quand on voit sur Hotel.com le prix proposé c'est plutôt correcte. Comme je n'étais pas sur j'ais réservé sur le site 2 chambres pour la même période à The Hibernation Station j'en ai pour 574.84 euros là , en passant par Alpine j'en ai pour 456.44 au cour actuel. La chambre sur Hotel.com ( hibernation) est actuellement à 783 euros.
Et en plus l'Alpine Motel est mieux noté je mets en copie la réponse de Brian avec les conditions

I have two rooms, each with one king bed available for the nights of September 10th & 11th with a check out on September 12th, 2016. These rooms will each accommodate up to two people. All our rooms are non-smoking, no cooking/no pets and have air conditioning, high speed wireless Internet, a 27” HDTV with DirecTV, a small refrigerator, a hair dryer, and a private bathroom with shower. We have a microwave in the lobby for your use. The rate is $109.00 plus tax ($120.90) per night per room.

Because you requested your reservation prior to February 1st, 2016 during the time period when there is a two-night minimum to make a reservation, if you cancel a night of your reservation to revise it to a one night reservation, we will cancel the entire reservation.


Alpine Motel is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

If you would like to reserve these rooms, please call the motel (406-646-7544) with your credit card information (number & expiration date) by December 3rd. If I have not heard back from you by that date, the hold on the rooms will be released.

This time of year we tend to be in and out of our office often. If you call and we are not available, please leave your credit card number and expiration date on our voicemail. Only Patty & I have access so your information will be secure. Upon receipt of your information, we will send you an email confirmation.

If you choose to send your credit card information via email, I would split it up between a couple of emails because we do not have "secure" email.

Our office is open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Check-in is any time after 3:00. If you will arrive later than 10:00 PM, please call so we can make arrangements to check you in. We have a thirty day cancellation policy for multi-room reservations. All cancellations will be sent a follow up email to keep for your records.

J'ai écrit à l'Alpine Motel pour West Yellowstone, en indiquant les dates souhaitées de réservation mais en demandant si on pouvait annuler car je n'ai pas encore les billets d'avion.

Ils m'ont répondu :
"We ask that you finalize your travel plans prior to making a reservation with us."

C'est logique comme c'est un " petit motel" qui ne passe pas par plateforme , il me semble , il ne doive pas faire de surbooking , il préfère avoir une réservation sur. Maintenant , comme indiqué , on a jusqu'à un mois avant l'arrivée pour annuler ou changer.
